Courtney Picou moved to Lafayette, LA to complete her graduate schoolwork in 2005. Courtney brings over 14 years of experience in leadership, management, and developmental coaching into our organization.

Courtney has spent the last 5 years developing her skillset as a powerful Relationship Coach to the community both local and abroad through her growing online presence.  She has authored a 21 day interactive prayer journal, 21 Days of Real, Raw, Relevant Prayer.  She coaches women and men to discover and create the life they want!  As a relationship coach, Courtney supports you in uncovering what you really want in your relationships while guiding you as you create relevant steps to get you the results you desire in your relationships, your purpose, and ultimately your calling in life. 

She bleeds coffee and pours her heart and passion into making the best cup of coffee for each person who walks in the door. Courtney is a passionate teacher who connects her knowledge of history and experience with biblical principles and relates it in understandable and applicable ways. When she’s not creating new concepts, you can catch her training, writing, playing, cooking for the family or creating new coffee profiles for the future.
