By booking an appointment and coming to our salon, you agree to these policies. 



Guests are required to have a card on file for all services/appointments.


A non-refundable retainer is required for all New NBR Install appointments. This retainer goes towards the final balance of the appointment.



48 hours notice is required for cancellation of your scheduled services in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Clients cancelling with less than 48 hours notice of scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the scheduled service price in order to get back on the schedule. The card on file will be charged the cancelation fee. Our goal is to give clients excellent customer service. We of course understand, respect, and make allowances for emergencies. We provide reminder emails and texts for your convenience. If you have an appointment with us, and need to cancel or reschedule it, we ask for 48 hours notice. This allows us time to accommodate other guests waiting to come in for their hair experience.


No-Shows / No-Calls will be charged 100% of the missed services. We provide email and text reminders to ensure appointments are not missed. The card on file will be charged in the event of a no-show.
